COUNTIFS

COUNTIFS function counts the number of cells in a range that meet multiple criteria.

=COUNTIFS(C$2:C$13,"Account Rep",B$2:B$13,"Atlanta")

=COUNTIFS(criteria_range1, criteria1, criteria_range2, criteria2...)
